Shawn was great! He was willing to meet on short notice over the weekend and he patiently explained what he would try to do to fix my laptop. He also listened while my fiancé explained what she tried to do to fix it before we brought it to him.
He was very fast and had my laptop back to me in no time and without forcing me to sell a kidney! His price was very reasonable and I gladly paid for his services. Definitely recommend and I know where I'm going if I have issues in the future!

I reached out to Shawn on a Saturday to bring in my desktop that was having a myriad of issues that I couldn't well explain or provide much context to. Shawn worked over the weekend, even on a Sunday, to diagnose the issue with my computer, which turned out to be a motherboard failure due to a power surge, and a processor failure. Shawn was very pleasant and open about what was going on with his diagnosis and the process, and was very helpful in helping me get my desktop back to working again. If Shawn can't fix the issue himself, he has all the right resources to get it done for you, through him or a more advanced repair shop.
Thanks Shawn - I'll definitely be back for regular maintenance and repairs as needed.

Shawn helped me when I needed it most, my computer would not boot up normally, i called Shawn, dropped off my PC within a couple hours, and before sundown he returned it to me working and even installed a couple programs. Great customer service and prompt communicative responses.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Carrollwood Computers. I suffered a major crash on my laptop computer. I took it to Carrollwood Computers and Shawn was able to recover all of the data that I thought I had lost. Because my computer is needed for my job, I had to buy a new one only to discover the digital hard drive was not large enough for my data. I took it to Carrollwood Computers and Shawn installed a 2 terabyte drive and transferred all of my files for me. I am now back up and running thanks to his efforts. I cannot recommend Carrollwood Computers enough. They are fast, highly skilled, and reasonably priced. They are my new "helpdesk" and repair center!!

I took my HP Z800 to Shawn be cause I fumble-fingered it and it was no longer completing the boot-up sequence. He was able to retrieve my data and do a reinstall and get it functioning again and did a partition and install of 2 SSD's. Fast turnaround and fair price and no surprises!

I went to Carrollwood Computers and talked with Shawn about my wife's computer that my dog knocked over and it started making odd noises and my laptop that i cracked the screen when i closed it on some headphones. His pricing was reasonable and he kept in constant contact throughout the repair services and answered all our questions and didn't try to offer us unnecessary products. I came across Carrollwood Computers during an online search for computer repairs. First impression of Shawn and his service was highly favorable. I explained the issue I was having with dual monitors and cable connectivity. Without hesitation, Shawn immediately offered to host a screen share to review my settings and was able to troubleshoot over the phone. He identified the issue and went above and beyond what I’d expected. Shawn looked up the appropriate hardware cable I needed and sent me pictures to insure I purchased the right one. I followed his advice and my computers worked! Most businesses would’ve asked me to come into the store and charge me a diagnostic fee, etc. However, his focus was more on providing the best customer service and gaining a long-term customer than make a one time fee. Thank you Shawn! You’ve gained a lifelong customer!
